2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Q: What condition must the sneakers be in for a return?
A: To be eligible, items must be in new, resalable condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging (including the shoe box and accessories). We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email us at support@sneakerhouse.us with your Order Number. Once authorized, we will provide an RMA number and instructions on how to download and print your return label.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: FREE. We provide a prepaid label.
  • Fit or Size Issues (Worry-Free Fit Guarantee): FREE. We cover the cost so you can shop with confidence!
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No! We believe in fair service, so we charge $0.00 Restocking Fees.

Q: Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
