What is the shipping policy for orders placed at Sneaker House?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
     Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the time of purchase.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@sneakerhouse.us with your order number.

How can I initiate a return for a product?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@sneakerhouse.us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Repack the sneakers in their original packaging.

Yes, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns due to change of mind are accepted, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
