Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional taxes added at checkout.
Order Processing & Handling
Order Cut-Off Time:
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (EST),(Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday) or public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time:
Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Our handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
Shipping & Transit
Transit Time:
After your order has been dispatched, it will be in transit for 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday).
Total Delivery Time:
Your estimated total delivery time is the sum of our handling time and transit time.
Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (4-6 days) = Total Delivery Time (5-9 business days)
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable major carriers to ensure safe delivery. Depending on your location and the size of the package, your order will be shipped via:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain:
- Your tracking number.
- A direct link to track your package's journey.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website after you receive the confirmation email.
Additional Information
Address Accuracy:
To ensure a timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Multiple Items:
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package.
